This section describes the flow from the administrator’s actual registration with YubiOn Portal to the setup and operation of the two-factor authentication service.
This is the introduction flow described in the Simple Setup Procedure.
- Portal Registration
Create a new registration for the YubiOn Portal. The first user to register will be the administrator with all privileges or the customer of the organization.
- Member Registration
Register a user (member) for the YubiOn Portal.
- YubiKey Registration
Register a YubiKey and assign it to a member
Install the management tool on the PC to be managed.
- Service setting
Set up the service for two-factor authentication.

Cache Logon Setting
If you want to allow offline authentication, you need to configure YubiKey’s offline settings.
